Tire Labels
When getting new tires for your car, ask to see the tires before they are installed on the car. Old tires will not last as long as newer tires. The labels on the tire will become old and brittle over time. This is how you can tell if the tires have been sitting in the warehouse for a long time.
Above: We purchased 4 tires. One of the tires had a label that was old and brittle.
Above: Newer tire on left. Notice how the label on right has become yellow and cracked.
